My clients come from a variety of backgrounds from all over Melbourne and the world. A number of my clients are from the LGBTQIA+ community, both individuals and couples.

I offer a holistic and practical approach to physical and mental health and well-being using Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Restructuring, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Relaxation Therapy, Psychotherapy and Psycho-Education.
